Form of registration: Registration on the spot is not required if the entry fee has been paid. For new registration, we can only accept entries for vacant places, with a surcharge. In order to speed up the registration, please only those with SI card rental, or new entry should come to the competition office. If you just want to pay, you can do it later. Only one person from a club should stand in line! Payment: we recommend paying the entry fees by credit card in the E-nevezes.hu. Please, indicate your invoice needs!

Map scale, size: Contours: 2m; Map size: A/4.
The scale of the map is 1:10 000 and 1:7500, the course data can be found in the course details by classes.
Control descriptions: On the map and on loose control descriptions at the start
Punching: With SPORTident system and SIAC can be used, the stations are in contactless mode, up to a range of about 50 cm.
SI card rental in all categories HUF 600 /day,
M/W12-14, CP categories HUF 300 /day,
SIAC card rental HUF 900 /day (please indicate SIAC request in the E-entry).
For non-club-members, we ask for a deposit of HUF 10 000 (SIAC HUF 20 000) or a photo ID when renting a card.
Buffet: Home-made cakes
Refreshment in the finish: Tea and water are offered in your own glasses
Results: In CC on a traditional paper basis, as well as on the astrois.hu/live site
Prizes: Certificate based on the 2-day overall results, in the 21A classes the winners receive prizes
Environmental protection: Please, take home the packaging material and garbage brought with you
Gym accommodation: Saturday in the gym of the Kossuth Lajos Lutheran Primary School in Soltvadkert. Address: Soltvadkert, Bocskai u. 2. Parking is in the parking lot of the sports hall (accommodation is not in the sports hall, but in the school's gym). You can enter from 3 pm on Saturday and leave it by 9 pm on Sunday.
Others:
  • In the OpenA, OpenB and junior children's categories (CP) we do not issue a start time in advance,
    you have to ask for it at the start, from 15' to 90'
  • Children's competition in the competition centre after start time "0"
  • The sale of orienteering and other sports equipment in the area of the finish, as well as all other commercial activities, is possible only after consultation with the organizers
  • The participants of the competition (runners, spectators, attendants) accept that pictures and video recordings can be taken of them, and these pictures and video recordings can be handed over to third parties (press, internet)
Insurance: Everybody starts at the competition on his/her own risk!
We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance.
