Closing date for entries: 11 June 2012
Please, give the following data during entry: name and address (in case entry via post) of sport club, its e-mail address, name and date of birth of competitor, class (per race), SPORTident number (if you have). Entry is accepted if you get an official confirmation about it.
We can accept entries on the spot only for vacant places!

Entry fee: until closing date: 2500 HUF/person/day
M/W under 18 and OPEN: 1500 HUF/person/day
After closing date as well as on the spot: 3000 HUF/person/day
M/W under 18 and OPEN: 2000 HUF/person/day

Planned first starts:
Sprint championship: 3:00 p.m.
Tapolca Cup: 10:00 a.m.

Punching: We use SPORTident system. Chips can be rented on the spot. Price is 200 HUF/person/day (in case of lost extra charge is 13,000 HUF).

You have to fix chips flexibly (such as rubber strap or ski ticket holder) to your bicycle (except OPEN classes).

Terrain: Sprint is going to take place in residential area and forest-garden area (World Cup 2011 Sprint).
Terrain of long distance competition is typical karst forest with numerous dirt roads and paths. Vegetation is quite dense but there are some open places (World Cup 2011 Long).

Maps: MTBO maps corrected in 2012

Prize giving ceremonies:
Saturday: 6:00 p.m. at the finish area
Sunday: 2:00 p.m. at the finish area

- the competition is open anybody can take part membership and license is not necessary
- using helmet is compulsory!
- information a start list will be published after 13 June 2012
- there aren’t covered areas in the finish
- we assure mineral water as refreshment after arriving to finish
